End User Overview

What Are End Users?

PigCloud cloud desktop primarily serves enterprise customers, with usage workflows designed around two basic roles: enterprise IT administrators and end users.

  • End Users: Personnel who use PigCloud cloud desktop services through PigCloud terminals. For example, Kim, a developer at an internet company.
  • Administrators: IT administrators responsible for purchasing/renewals, resource creation/allocation, policy creation/binding, operations/maintenance, monitoring, and end user management. For example, Dylan, the IT administrator of Kim's company.

The main workflow can be summarized as:

Administrators Create and Assign Cloud Desktops

Administrators create end user accounts and cloud desktops, then assign cloud desktops to end users.

End Users Connect to and Use Cloud Desktops

After assignment, end users can log in to PigCloud terminals using their credentials (email account and password) and connect to cloud desktops.
