View Operation Logs

Background Information​

Operation logs help enterprises monitor and record administrator actions, providing evidence for security analysis, resource change tracking, and compliance audits.

Viewing Operation Logs​

This feature leverages PigCloud ActionTrail service to record cloud account activities for security analysis, change tracking, and compliance auditing.

  1. Log in to PigCloud Cloud Desktop console.
  2. In the left navigation bar, select Security Audit > Operation Logs.
  3. On the Operation Logs page, set query conditions and time range:
    1. Query conditions: Filter by operation menu or operator account.
    2. Time range: Default shows logs from past year. Custom ranges available.
  4. View event details:
    1. Each log displays:
      • Event time
      • Operator name
      • Event name
      • Associated menu
    2. Click View Details in Actions column to see:
      • Source IP
      • Event time
      • Operator
      • Event name
      • Menu
      • Raw JSON event data
