Viewing File Transfer Logs

These logs record file transfers between cloud desktops and local devices, including clipboard and dedicated module transfers. Enterprises can query and audit for anomalies.

1. Log in to PigCloud console.
2. Navigate to Security Audit > Access Logs.
3. Under File Transfer Logs tab, set:
   • Query conditions: Transfer method, direction, operator, desktop ID, filename, medium.
   • Time range.
4. Matching records display:
   • Filename
   • Transfer method
   • Medium (e.g., USB)
   • Direction (inbound/outbound)
   • File path
   • Operator
   • Desktop ID
   • Transfer time
