Background Information​

PigCloud users can be categorized by roles as follows:

  • End Users: Individuals who use PigCloud cloud desktop services through the PigCloud terminal. For example, Kim, a developer at an internet company.
  • Administrators: IT management personnel responsible for purchasing/renewals, resource creation/allocation, policy creation/binding, operations/maintenance, and end-user management. For example, Dylan, the IT administrator of Kim's company.

Prerequisites​

  • The administrator has created an end-user account for you and assigned a PigCloud cloud desktop.
  • You have obtained the login credentials required for the client. After the administrator purchases and assigns PigCloud cloud resources, you will receive login credentials (username and password) as an end user.

Steps​

  1. Open the Windows client.
  2. Log in using your username and password.

After successful login, you can view and use the cloud desktop assigned to you.
