Domain Access Alert Rules

When enabled, alerts will be triggered and logged when end users access specified domains through browsers. Detailed operation records can be viewed in the Website Access Logs.

Notes:

  • Domain access alerts take effect together with domain control policies in policy management, with domain control policies having higher priority than domain access alert rules. For example:
    • If a domain control blacklist policy is set: *.youtube.com, and a domain access alert rule is also set: *.youtube.com, end users will be unable to access all sites under youtube.com, and the website access logs will not record such access attempts;
    • If no domain control policy is set but only a domain access alert rule: *.youtube.com, end users can normally access all sites under youtube.com, the website access logs will record such access, and the system will send domain access alert notifications.

Application Blocking Alert Rules

When enabled, alerts will be triggered and logged when end users execute applications not in the application whitelist. Detailed operation records can be viewed in the Application Blocking Logs.
